The brands
Two Marriott brands, neither seen here before.
Dubai has no shortage of branded residences. It has no Westin and no Renaissance — this is the first residential address for either brand in the UAE, delivered with Marriott International.
- Westin Residences
- Marriott's wellness brand — built around sleep, movement and wellbeing as the organising idea of the home rather than an amenity bolted onto it.
- Renaissance Residences
- The discovery-led sibling: culture, individuality and a less uniform take on what a branded residence looks like.

Developer render — the scheme is at pre-launch and imagery is indicative.
The masterplan
Low-rise, low-density, and mostly garden.
Around seventy per cent of the site is green and open space — unusual anywhere in Dubai, and close to unheard of on a waterfront plot this central. Walkable, with sports and leisure built into the plan rather than stacked into one podium.

There is no price yet. That is the point.
First in the UAE
Westin & Renaissance
Neither brand has a residential address anywhere in the country. Branded residences in Dubai have historically traded at a premium to unbranded stock in the same district, and first-in-market addresses are the ones that hold that gap longest.
$300M+
fund already closed
Global Partners Property Fund II closed above three hundred million dollars before launch. You are buying into a scheme that is already capitalised, which is a materially different risk profile from an off-plan launch funding itself from your instalments.
~70%
of the site is green
Across 127,000+ sqm, in a low-rise, low-density plan. On the Al Jaddaf bank of the Creek — next to the Ritz-Carlton and Kempinski Residences, and a short walk from the water.
The observation about branded-residence premiums describes how that segment has behaved historically. It is context, not a forecast, and not a guarantee of return on this scheme.
Straight answer
What hasn’t been released
Dubai Creek Gardens is at pre-launch. Global Partners has announced the scheme, the brands and the funding — and nothing else. None of the following exists publicly yet:
- Unit types and bedroom mix
- Sizes and floor plans
- Prices and the price list
- Payment plan
- Handover date
Anyone quoting you a price for this project today is guessing. What the priority list buys you is order: registered buyers get the real numbers the day the developer issues them, ahead of the public launch.

Global Partners and Marriott International, announcing the partnership.
The developer
The team behind Eden House.
Global Partners is a DFSA-regulated fund manager working with H&H. Dubai Creek Gardens is the flagship of its second fund — the site was acquired off-market, and the fund closed above $300 million before a single unit went on sale.
- Eden House The Canal
- On the Dubai Water Canal by the Four Seasons Private Residences. First residents welcomed in 2026.
- Eden House The Park
- Jumeirah. Handover scheduled September 2027.
- Fund I combined
- 500+ residences delivered, over AED 4 billion gross development value.

The Creek bank, with the Metro on it
Al Jaddaf sits on the Creek between Downtown and the airport. The Green Line already runs through it, the Blue Line is planned, and a Creek water-taxi station is planned to link across to Dubai Creek Harbour. The immediate neighbours are the Ritz-Carlton and Kempinski Residences.
